Meet the Author
Jacob Salvia is an American author whose storytelling bridges ancient
cultures, military tradition, and mythic imagination. Born and raised in Central
Florida, Jacob is a proud member of the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa
Indians, drawing on his Native American heritage, particularly the lore of
beings like the Wendigo, to breathe life into modern and otherworldly legends.
Beyond Native traditions, Jacob finds inspiration in the sweeping epics of
fantasy literature and the timeless archetypes of Greek mythology. An avid
historical reenactor, he brings a deep respect and firsthand understanding of
military history, strategy, and world cultures into his world-building, creating
layered, authentic narratives where history and myth intertwine.
Through his work, Jacob explores the blurred boundaries between Earth and
hidden realms, reminding readers that the ancient powers of the world — and
beyond — are never truly asleep.
